Chapter eleven’s main focus is understanding evaluation. At the beginning of the chapter they compare members from the daily show as well as individuals from the view. The group of people who work for the view evaluate more critical due to what they speak and talk about in their show. In the view they focus more in politics, sports and media so their critical evaluations are based on their own opinion. When it comes to evaluating their is 4 standards those four standards are aesthetics, effects, ethics and truth. The author also added that these standards are relevant to rhetorical action.

This chapters reading focuses on how snapchat users because wealthy and very successful by posting on their snapchat. There's this individual called Shaun Mcbride. He makes around 30,000 when he collaborates with a well known company. With time snapchat has become a large platform for many social media influencers. Ever since snapchat introduces snapchat stories the amount of users has increased dramatically. As time goes by well know snapchat users are making three times as much as they were making a year before. A well known snapchat user was making 5,000 off a snapchat and he is now making 25,000 per snapchat. Social media has become such a big part in people's income.
